All the positive reviews are fake, some of the reviews are from their own staff. There is no option to give negative stars otherwise i would have given -5 rating. Totally unprofessional and a bunch of liars. There's word limit for this review otherwise i would have written the whole story, in short they took my money, didn't give the service, kept stalling, lied and i missed the deadlines for the universities to apply not once but for two consecutive intakes, hence my 1 year got wasted because of them. After this when i asked for refund, the owner agreed to give my money back as it was thier fault and asked me not to tell anyone as it would damage their name and asked for 10 days of time to process the refund. It's been 5 months today and he has been stalling me, he doesn't take my calls, rarely replies to my msgs and is never available in the office to meet me. Stay away, they are fraud!!
