Airport Ground staff are the first people who take care of their passengers in the initial stage. They must ensure the passenger’s safety and comfort by issuing tickets and taking care of their luggage at the Airport until they enter into Flight. The main duties of Ground staff are welcoming their passengers, issuing tickets, Boarding Pass, managing their luggage, and assisting disabled passengers & children. The Ground staff is always multi-taskers, who should have excellent behavioral skills to provide excellent customer service inside the airport terminal.
Cabin Crew Flight attendants must remain composed, dress and groom themselves impeccably for every flight. They are expected to smile as they welcome the customer and help them feel at ease with the items they will need for their trip. When faced with challenging circumstances and irritable and grumpy passengers, they must retain their composure. All of these tasks need a great deal of patience and strong interpersonal abilities.
The Commercial Pilot License (CPL) course is designed for individuals who want to pursue a career as a professional pilot. The course includes extensive ground training and flight training, covering topics such as aviation regulations, navigation, meteorology, and aircraft operations. Participants must log a specific number of flight hours under the supervision of certified instructors. Upon successful completion, students are eligible to work as commercial pilots for airlines, charter services, or other flight operations. The CPL allows pilots to be compensated for their services, making it a critical step for a career in aviation.
