Worst ISP, unprofessional Staff, refused to refund agreed amount while disconnection of service, No ticketing system to resolve your issue. I am using Quadplay internet service since last more than 01 year and from the first day they are not able to provide good connectivity. Chasing them for more than an year but no luck. Chasing them also to disconnect but again no luck. Unhappy to write but bad experience with Quadplay digital LLP.
I have taken Hathway Wi-Fi connections to my residency through this Quad Play Digital LLp,5m-113, above patanjali mega store. They have charged me Rs.1000 for this connections. Their service and response were good. I am happy to take connections from this service.
Worst connection,no speed, no Customer support, no services and rates also high . Please don't adopt this network
These guys simply no customer service think 1000 times before take connection from them completely farads worst service by any company ever ...................
