I had been here for service of my iBall tablet which was in warranty period then For some odd issues , it had to be formatted . The owner Prashant took my tablet inside lab . After a while came out with a grave face and asked me to pay 300 bucks as service charge. When I showed the bill and told it is very much in Warranty period ; he again went back to lab. This time came out and told we need to install a software which is of single use only , hat we need to download from web and it costs 300 bucks; As this is a user created issue (U have opened/installed some odd apps) , it is not covered in warranty. I denied for that too. Again, he went back and this time he came back and told that certain other software issue is there , we need to exchange this handset for another . They took my tablet and made me wait for at least a year to give another set of different model. Then also he charged me close to 1200 bucks for the service ; also told me he will return the new tablet back to company

I had a problem with my Samsumg S4 mobile. The technician had come at my home at scheduled time and repaired the mobile in front of me. This is really very nice experience.
