In order to equip himself with basics of rainwater harvesting he successfully completed *‘Certificate Program in Water Harvesting Management’ conducted by IGNOU. Although most of the knowledge and experience was gained in field and through interactions with experts, still to further enrich his knowledge he joined and successfully completed the *training course on ‘Selection & Design of Artificial Recharge Structures’ conducted by Central Ground Water Board’s Rajiv Gandhi National Ground Water Training & Research Institute, Raipur. Now after more than 13 years of experience in this field focus of the organization is on developing low cost rainwater harvesting solutions along with introducing latest techniques, components and procedures in conventional systems.
