It's a fraud agent. They promised something and one day before your travel, change your hotels from good to worst. No response during your travel period. Very rude staff. Don't ever go with them if you want to enjoy your holidays happily.

Very disappointing and worst experience. I booked holiday with Yaarana for Shimla and unfortunately it fell far short of expectations. From the start it was evident that the tour lacked proper organization. Our transportation was changed at last moment without any prior communications. We were provided 2 separate vehicles instead of tempo traveler for 8 persons as committed by their executive Pooja Thakur after payment. Hotel Bridge Valley Resort provided in Shimla was below standard and different than what was promised. The hotel was outdated unclean and lacked basic amenities with no service and quite far from City in remote area. The staff was quite a lazy and unprofessional. Food served in hotel was also cold and low quality. Overall my experience with Yaarana was completely disappointing. I would not recommended this tour operator to others and ruin their travel experience. Pls. consider alternative tour operator to make your trip memorable.

Unprofessional, shitty group of cheaters... Possibly operate in different names too.. Nexus with cheap rate hotels at srinagar... Females are really vultures, waiting for the prey,,.. Catch, loot, scoot... Fraudsters..... HIMACHAL tourism should look into this... Pluto is also similar agency.. Dont trust these local agencies...

Mr Sumit arranged very nice trip Pick up at Delhi by Volvo bus and arranged a very nice hotel and food at shimla and manali. A car provided for sight seeing and taking to Manali from Shimla. Enjoyed nicely. A memorable adventures and enjoyable one

Froud no.1 agency don't trust. worst travels I didn't see. ont west your time and money. they will provide car but driver didnt on heater due to xxxx reasons..
