We Purchased this Kitchen Chimney in the month of November last Year. At the time of purchase they were very good after 10 months of use it got damage. Then I called service center of rays the owner he said we will send but it will be charged.
Let me tell you it is under warranty anything get damage it should be replaced with no charge but they are charging us 800 rupees.
When I repeatedly called him send your person to our area to fix it with no charge it is under warranty he shouted at me and saying that, you have to pay us I said why should I pay it is under warranty period still not 1 year completed.
The owner of this fucking company shouted at me Uma Shankar owner he is very rude in behaviour. He shouts at customer like a dog and he says to customer do not show attitude you have no right to show attitude on me. I said i am not showing attitude you are showing attitude and he disconnected calls. This is the way he treats customer I request people not to buy any items.

Rays enterprise,Kammanahalli has given me a very good response as I wanted to install the LPG gas in our home.They also said me about the charges but they didn't turn up at the time of installation.

Our residential LPG gas pipe installation I have done with Rays, they are provided very good services and the installation charge was around rs 1500. They so special that they visit & check the work twice and for this we are so impressed. They are so responsible on their work & I wold like to refer them everyone.
