I wish there is negative rating. To place my review I had to give one star. PITY. WARNING - DO NOT USE THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. PERIOD. STAY AWAY. A absolute NIGHTMARE if you are NRI CUSTOMER. I know it?s very enticing to have someone manage your property when you are not in town but these guys are fraud, shameless, incompetent, and bunch of unethical people. Because of their fraudulent business ways, my property is currently illegally occupied by a squatter. For last 1 and ? years, I am after them to have this squatter vacate my flat, but it's going nowhere. Neha, Christopher, Sana, Baban, and Mrunalini all are pathological liars and have absolutely no ethics at personal or business level. If you have no drama in your life, then please contact this company because they will make sure that you get frustrated to the core. So, better avoid this company like a CORONAVIRUS! WARNING - DO NOT USE THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY AT ALL. STAY AWAY!
My experience with Lisa Home Solutions is appalng so far. It has been more than 2 months now since registration and payment. I keep calling India from USA only to find either nobody is picking up, or be told that the manager is in a meeting. Not an ideal company and not the professional management either. They claim that we will get response within 24 hours which is grossly false. Tickets in their ystem has been outstanding for a month. Contacting via. emails is just a waste of efforts and they do not respond. Escalation chain is missing.
Pretty Good , they manage 1000s property so have plenty of experience.
My experience with Lisa Home is very pathetic. I would have rate less than one if there was any option here. It's been more than 6 months now, my one flat has not been rented out. I have to wake-up in midnight in USA to call India to follow up with team every time for status & for every small-small things. I really got frustrated doing all these since last 6 months. Worst company to deal with so far in my life, no professionalism. They do not have any strategy to market the rental flat & even not bother because they has got their deposit money, rent loss is not their? s, it is owner?s loss(6 months? rent lost so far). I tried to reach-out higher management including CEO but no direct contact details available & no one is providing contact details, no transparency to customers.
