It is really worst experience. They collect advance stating that if you are not interested, they will refund the advance, but it is not like that. It is very hard to get back amount from them. I booked a plot in their venture and 2 L as advance, but after 6 months, they offered different plot instead of selected one stating that the one we booked into mortgage and we refused to take and asked them to refund our advance. They said there will be deducted from our amount, even we were ready for that, but they passing time simply. Everytime they ask us to come to office and talk to chairman and he says our admin office is in vizag and we don't know the process of refund. Agent came to our home at around 10 in the night to collect cheque towards advance, but now no one is responding. So i request everyone be careful before you invest in Swathi developers group, as they are very pleased till get trapped, after that they say they don't know refund process. Please be very very careful.

I've recently bought a 3-bhk apartment at the Lake View by Modi Builder, and it is everything I ever imagined about my dream home. The architecture and build quality are superb, and the community is green and peaceful with excellent amenities and specifications. My parents and I just love it here.
