Unprofessional behaviour. Please don't buy any product from them. I recently purchased solar water heater. They sent someone mentioning he is a plumber and asked Rs 800 for plumbing charges, to my surprise he didn't even know where will the hot water come from. He had no clarity on input and output. He just came and fixed the unit. No testing happened to confirm whether unit is working fine or not. I had zero clarity whether it will work or not. Person named Sampath reddy was the sales person, when I asked him abt this he became abusive and started shouting at me. He even asked me to pay 3% extra for making the payment thru paytm (made payment thru paytm after confirming with so called plumber) which I did. After all these solar water is not useable. Better avoid this place..

Immediate response I received from this vendor and their service was customer pleasing and favourable. they have offered me the 200-litre Solar water heater at my budgetary rate. I paid around Rs.21000 for this product and It works very well. I'm glad to purchase from this Dealer.

Through this vendor(V-Guard Solar - Reddy Technologies, Ramamurthy Nagar)i have purchased tube type Domestic Solar Water Heater Dealers of 200 ltr.I have paid them Rs 22500.They did the installation next day.Over all i am happy and satisfied with their service.

The Worst after sales behavior towards a trusted customers I have ever seen.<br/>I have purchased a Inverter recently from REDDY TECHNOLOGIES. I have been given a Faulty Inverter of Luminious make, It worked fine for 1 hour and later it started with a fumes and burning smell, with a power cut inside my house. fortunately we are there at house to switch that off, else my house could have burnt.<br/>When we asked to visit for checking what happened, supplier stopped responding to our calls and gave a toll free customer care number, where the Customer are guys are really horrible and they keep diverting the issue to some other person/ they don't lift our calls. I wish no body should face this kind of situation after one hour of their purchase of the new product. Please ensure to buy from a genuine suppliers who is responsible after sales as well.

I bought Vguard solar from these people, it is working fine.delivered the product ontime and technically they are sound.refer my friends too in future.

I purchased a sundirect solar system from Mr Sampath reddy, I have to tell you these people are cheaters, they have installed a SUN direct solar panels, which is not working.. when I tried to reach them they arelocking my phone number and switching off the mobile. I have paid the complete amount and now do not know what to do.. Please do not belive them.. they are very unprofessional. Anyone has any doubt on this please reach me on my mobile bumber 9845540863..Only option for me now, is I have approached consumer court against them and have logged a complaint.. hope to get justice..
