They simply a harrasment on the name of service.
i suggest not to consider them if you value customer experience and honesty.
I booked my car in first week of March and then before delivery they asked for full payment without giving the status of car and when i asked again rhey said next week and next week they said the same. Finally they called once i submitted 80 % of payment and that day they wasted our entire day in formalities which earlier they said they already done. my point is that sales personnel are so shrewd they only manipulate you without having a concern for customer relations. As an admirer to TATA and their services this kind of treatment is unexpected and premature which ultimately gave a bad bad experience. I recommend to consider a dealer who value honesty and have integrity.
