I hired a nanny from Nandhini and I paid the baby sitter salary to her. She got the salary from me and never gave to the baby sitter. Very unprofessional behaviour and she is not picking my calls either. Worst ever agency. Please don't trust royal man power services and the person incharge who is Nandhini.

Ms Nandhini is either an inefficient employer or a scammer along with her employees Please beware of these personnel if she sends them to your house Maheshwari Agilandam Suganya Girija Maheshwari borrowed money from my watchman and left and never came back Agilandam, suganya and girija just took up and left without even a days notice I still have 1 month pending in my contract Now Ms Nandhini has comfortably stopped picking up my calls If at all she sends you these people, please message me. We employed a maid from Royal Manpower. She was irregular, not in the right frame of mind, and not arriving on time. As days went by, it worsened. She came whenever she liked, any part of the day, never called and informed us whenever she did not come to work, which was often. In a week she will work 2 or 3 days. Although I complained, nothing happened. Now she hasn't come for a week without informing us. This is the second time she has taken a week off without information. She is unreachable on the phone. Ms Nandini does not take our calls and does not answer messages for months now. I see no other option but put it out here. We are still waiting for Ms Nandini to take action and send us another maid.
