Pathetic service....never address your issues on time...every alternate day i had to complain about internet issue...they never answer calls and even if they did all they have to say is that technician will arrive but dont knw when...got fed up with their unprofessional behaviour..
This is worst internet connection I have ever seen. I am a software engineer currently working from home. They will say as 24/7 service but they will not provide service at all. There are no technicians available at all. They didn't even picks the calls from the customer if we raise any issue. The technicians are very rude towards the customers. If we raise a complaint today, it would take around 5 days for them to come to our place and resolve the issue. This is too bad service.This is not fair at all. Don't go for it.
I am using this broadband for last 4 months, Worst Service and Poor customer service & poor technicians. I am IT professional and working from home during this lockdown period hardly they provided 24/7 very rare. 2 hours internet will come and next 2 hours it won't come. For us a daily activity to ping/ call their customer executive and raise complaint. But technician will come slowly next week.Finally I won't say money waste to take this broadband and poor signal. Please resolve my complaint if u see my comments.
Worst service. Plz don?t opt for it
