I am a working professional and joined this institute to learn German. Due to professional commitments I had to travel to Singapore and I requested to refund 50% of the fees as it was not my personal problem, it was a professional commitment that I was bound by and I had attended only 25% of the classes. However Samarth team did not understand anything. They did not even give me receipt for the fees that I have paid. When i requested them to refund 50% of my fees their own MD said we have targets and we cannot refund anything. They were very unprofessional. Whenever i called them, Head of Marketing said she would call me back however never called back. The worst part was they were very rude and unprofessional. They always said do whatever you want to do, we will not refund anything. They are only concerned about money. Once you pay the fees, they are least bothered about you.
