Unprofessional Behavior

Very rude and audacious, justifying a 50% more charge than the advertised rate! And then they expect decency after wasting others time.

This travel agency is totally unprofessional. Booking tour/trips and providing car without valid fitness certificates, road permits thus put you in odd situation, whereby spoiling your trip by cancelling/cutting short your trip. Over and above, if you pay advance and claim for refund, it will not be refunded by them. Beware of it as I am one of the victim.
