He would inform us of the next day plans and was always on time for our pickup. The vehicle provided to us was spacious, more than enough for the 4 of us. Agent would call us almost every day to ensure that everything was going well. The provided hotel was decent. The agent even asked the hotel to provide us complimentary beer!
