Sthaur Sports Karate Association is a leading martial arts training centre located in Delhi, India. We teach all kinds of martial art which is helpful for self-protection to both girls and boys. Our self-defence training is beneficial to protect oneself from the unwanted incidents. We have been working experience since 2001 and started our business just two years back. We try to make something different and useful by taking techniques from all styles of martial art and make a new style of karate, which can be called as Sthaur art. Our form has been highly appreciated by many customers who have suggested many friends and family members to our academy. Our ServicesKarate martial art :This is one of the most popular martial art technique which is learnt by many people. We have many school kids and college students learning this art from our academy. This art is beneficial for self-defence. Kickboxing :Kickboxing is a combination of combat sports with a unique blend of kicking and punching. The kicking and punching art needs good physical strength in which the students are taught to practice proper techniques of making the body strong with exercise. Mix martial art:In mix martial art all the variations are there which are from one - boxing, wrestling, karate, judo, kickboxing, muay thai, jujitsu and also weight training/aerobic exercises. These unique combinations of all arts are fascinating and attractive for the learners. Judo :Judo is a unique art in which modern martial art is combined with combat, here throw or taking down an opponent to the ground, immobilising or otherwise subduing an opponent is executed. Special self-defence:This particular self-defence art is taught to girls so that they can protect themselves from unwanted incidents. This is very much necessary to learn in today’s times.
