Sthaur Sports Karate Association is a leading martial arts training centre located in Delhi, India. We teach all kinds of martial art which is helpful for self-protection to both girls and boys. The kicking and punching art needs good physical strength in which the students are taught to practice proper techniques of making the body strong with exercise. Mix martial art:In mix martial art all the variations are there which are from one - boxing, wrestling, karate, judo, kickboxing, muay thai, jujitsu and also weight training/aerobic exercises. Judo :Judo is a unique art in which modern martial art is combined with combat, here throw or taking down an opponent to the ground, immobilising or otherwise subduing an opponent is executed.
