One of the worst companies!!! They are just here in the market to mince money. They are fake people with no commitments. The products which they have delivered are without any finishing (Someone can bleed their hand). They will not come on call on time, haven't delivered our products on time. While designing the interior for your home, it is important to decide on what theme you want to zero in for your décor. The theme of the house influences the budget, planning and design. Some of the interior design styles are as follows:
Traditional interior designing comprises of furniture being arranged formally over a focal point, thus highlighting symmetry. Traditional design involves a generous use of wooden furniture, candle stands, mirrors and vases, bowls and ceramic cutlery. Traditional interior designing features furniture with more curves and rounded edges that give it a regal look. Rich undertones for furniture and a general colour scheme that doesn’t overwhelm and still portrays a rich finish is the advantage of a Victorian design.
Modern design is stark opposite to the traditional design. It comprises of bright colours and symmetrical elements. Modern designs make the house look bigger and consider inclusion of natural elements, like plants. Modern style comprises of sharp edges and lighter shades in wooden furniture.
Eclectic designs are quirky and bring together a variety of styles from all designs. It brings out an earthy, rustic look to the interior with incorporation of metal like copper, brass, etc. Individual elements of different varieties from different designs define an eclectic style. Contrasting elements like monochrome and colours can also be pulled together.
The contemporary style is similar to modern architecture in terms of highlighting space and including modern elements. Contemporary styles run on predominantly white-themed spaces. The furniture and other elements are sleek, muted and classy. Light coloured wood is implemented in furniture and the style is bold and elegant.
Minimalist themes feature every aspect of the house being designed in the simplest, yet most sleek way possible. Minimalist furniture are used to project smaller spaces in an elegant manner. Monochrome, grey and white are widely used in this style, and bright colours are kept to a bare minimum.
Indian designs include elements that have bold colours- red, yellow and the like. With intricate patterns and designs from Indian history and religion, designs feature a lot of Hindu gods and goddesses imprinted in them. Statues, furniture with intricate cravings on them and deep rich colours are some of the elements present in an Indian design.
The Bohemian design has grown to become extremely popular over the years because of its carefree design. Splattered amidst a palette of bright colours and quirky shapes, Bohemian designs are clearly for a soul bound by none. Bohemian furniture and accessories are generally layered and bring out a rustic, tribal vibe to the décor.
You can choose any one of the above for a themed, beautiful house. To implement these designs, you must first decide the kind of space where the design is to be implemented. Interior designers generally handle two kinds of designs:
If you decide to design your home (residential interior design), there are widely three kinds of house types that are undertaken by the experts:
Apartments are mostly medium spaces with pre-designed elements present in the architecture. The price for design may vary depending upon the carpet area and the number of bedrooms in the house.
Duplex houses are comparatively bigger than apartment houses and include elements such as high ceilings and staircases.
Single family house or independent houses need the entire space to be redesigned/decorated. These kinds of houses are accompanied by a surrounding area that may include gardens, swimming pools, etc. that need to be designed.
Commercial interior design includes creating a design for restaurants, malls, retail shops, etc. Commercial interior designing specializes in creating designs for different types of restaurants like pop-up restaurants, a-la-carte restaurants, buffets, etc. The design for commercial spaces is comparatively on a larger scale as compared to residential interior design due to the size of the spaces. The average time taken to complete a project for a commercial organization is anywhere between twelve and twenty weeks.
