Training details: Special Training in Self Defence (Commando Training) Duration: 7 Months for Boys/ 9 Months for Girls Classes: 3 days in a week, hours: 3 hours per day Weekly Test: Sunday (Compulsory) Age: 18 Years Minimum, 30 Years Maximum This is a Difficult Training but this is very high quality self defence training.
