"Excellent Trip, Boat, Food and Stuff<br/><br/>It was an excellent experience!! We booked an one bedroom houseboat so the boat was exclusively ours during our stay. The boat was nice, clean and well maintained. The food was good - we got an welcome kit with pastries, soft drinks, chocolates and bananas. Lunch included Karimeen fish which is a local delicacy and dinner included chicken. All foods were prepared fresh in the boat and tasted excellent! Choice of rice vs chapati was there. The boat was on move for 4 hrs - 1 PM to 6 PM with an hour break during lunch. The leisurely ride in the back waters was something we will always cherish. There were 2 crew - both the cook and the captain were very nice and cared for our needs. During our night. stay, we bought Tiger prawns from the local village, that was cooked to perfection by cook. A memorable journey along the backwaters of Allepey.<br/>"
