I visited so many chennai shopping malls in hyderabad especially i like so much Secunderabad branch. That's why I came kukatpally mall but i totally disappointed here. They don't explained properly about policies and again they talk irrespective to customers especially that manager is aged person while iam talking politely but he is talking rudely with me please any policies is there first please explain properly otherwise please change policies thank you

Even if its Ramzan u should allow to wear kids kurta pyjama if we want to selact it.. Now after buying it the sizs is small.. So much we hv insisted u to let it wear to check for size.. Nw who r at loss. We r giving money n buying from u nt for free u r giving us

Guy who sits at the counter is extremely rude. Not only to me but to all the people walking inside the door irrespective of whether they are buying or not. He was not only rude but did not provide the trial room, or accommodate any request made with respect to stiching, provided the change in the currency not in a acceptable state. Writing the review so that others don't have an unpleasant experience.

Worst experiance in hyderabad, do not shop there, they are ripoffs and has no sense of customer satisfaction they take your money their Taylor?s are idiots they do not know what they are doing.

Worst experiance I had. The owners do not know what they are doing, sitting at a very high end location with the worst Taylor?s possible I waisted my money going there thinking they are professionals, do not buy or get any clothes to get stitched they are idiots.owner should retire they open whenever they want they do not stand behind their promise, one has no idea what the other is doing,they just want your money.

I got a saree through their online marketing chain. I ordered one saree and they sent totally different colour. When I asked them to refund or exchange they were very rude. Big time online fraud group. Cheap quality and they think customers are colour blind and stupid. They say digital photography changes actual product colour and its not their problem. Worst experience with them. They think customers are idiots while they are clever business people. Modern day fraud network.
