Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

at the time of booking showed photo of new bus but at the last moment They have old bus. I have booked 29 seater AC bus for 3 days . 1st day AC not worked. It became very difficult to travel for next 2 days in window packed bus without AC. but Very interesting Owner asking full payment without providing service. Very unprofessional Travel Agency. not recommended. worst Experience.

We hired a bus rental from this Shree Mahakali Travels, This service is Quite Good, This tour is only for the Outstation trip, We hired that bus rent for two days, I preferred the Non-Ac bus maintenance and driver drove the bus good, I paid 30000 for this two days of hire charges, I am Okay with this Shree Mahakali Travels.
