I contacted Smart Way Services, New Perungalathur to service my washing machine IFB Fully automatic - front load tub not spinning issue. The technician came on time and attended to the problem and informed that the sensor should be changed. I informed that I will do it later. I paid Rs.250 as the service charge. Their response was very quick and good. Overall I am very much happy and satisfied with this service.
A very good response and service were given by Smart Way Services New Perungalathur, Chennai. I am looking for my Samsung Refrigerator repairing. I had spoken to business for service. They had sent a technician for service of my Refrigerator. They had check did the service, they have a refill to gas, Now its working fine. I paid 2500 for gas refilling charge, 1450 for Refrigerator full-service charge, 200 for wire tape charge, overall I paid around 4150 for that service, it's a high amount for that service, I am very happy with the service which is given by them.
Good and affordable for services
I had an issue with my Refrigerator Whirlpool not working power issue for which I approached this Smart Way Services, New Perungalathur. A technician visited my house to check the issue and informed that the stabilizer has to be replaced. He itself gave a new stabilizer, Fridge handle was broken which he changed, and also changed the bottom stand. Totally I paid Rs 2500. Now my Refrigerator is working good. He has to change the bulb and fix one screw for which he contacted us, but since we are not there in our house we asked him to come by today or tomorrow. Overall I'm happy with their service and response.

Moderate service was received from Smart Way Services, New Perungalathur. Contacted them for Washing machine General service. Their response and service were good. They came and clean the filter in the washing machine for that they charged 300 which was very high for just cleaning the filter. Hence I felt it was an average service.
