Constant delayed delivery. And suddenly without permission changed my consumer number, distributor. I escalated the issue but they said that BPCL has done it.

VERY POOR SERVICE, ALWAYS HAVE AN ISSUE WITH DELIVERY BOY, ALWAYS GAS DELIVERED AFTER SO MANY CALLS , WHERE AS GAS COUNTER RECIPT DATE IS THREE TO FOUR DAYS PROVIOUS WHEN CYLINDER DELEVERD.

I booked gas on 27.8.14 vide booking reference no. 234319597 & consumer no 8396 but still I have not received gas cylinder. I rang your office landline no. (which is much difficult to get) more than 100 times and attendent is just replying to deliver within today or tomorrow since from two months. I tried to contact Mr Churamani in his handset no 9836858356 but inspite of attending he always disconnect the phone. Now pls say as a customer what can I do, to whom I can contact now? Pls help.
