Called in coz my Ac wasn’t functioning at its best. Day 1 and 2 he was perfect and fixed my ac’s. Later he said the Ac pipes were of aluminium and should be replaced with copper if not it ll clog in 2 days and the Ac’s compressor will be damaged. I agreed to change it. He promised to change within 2 days but ended up dragging it for 10 days while my Ac functioned perfect. And finally fixed it by 19th may a work he started on 6th may. And a note to the proprietor if u want customers to stick with ur company teach ur technician to listen to the customer first and not to argue with the customer as u guys aren’t doing any free service to the Customer. Now I’m going to hire in a different company to check if my Ac actually required the replacement done. I ended up paying 11200(eleven thousand two hundred).

Symphony Air-cooler not woking

Prompt service by 2 technicians,one by name Karthik and another helper. When we were put into trouble even after service and gas filling and some another technical fault of our Voltas split AC,as soon as we called,both attended the fault which came as EC in the sensor board.Now we feel relaxed. Good service.

Changed relay for whirlpool fridge . They charged 1050 for the relay which is very costly. Otherwise, service was fast and good
