St. Luke's College of Nursing is part of St. Luke's Minority Educational Society is a Non-Profitable Educational Society based at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. The society instils in its students, the desire and dedication to serving the underprivileged lot in every possible way. The organisation involves its students in national health programmes of the state and central government like pulse polio, national leprosy control and eradication and aids awareness. The society undertakes welfare activities for the downtrodden through vocational training, health awareness and nutrition camps, mother and child health care, family welfare and medical camps. By being a nursing institution, the society which is an epitome through formal and informal interactive teaching in the classroom, clinical observations and self-learning. We impart quality training and provide a high competency level of nursing care, to adapt to the changing demands of the nursing profession and leadership qualities and decision making as and when required.
