State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur Borivali West Mumbai

I regret having opened a capital gains A/C in this branch......The branch is headed by a very incompetent manager (Jitendra) who has been a complete disappointment....My first visit to the bank was welcomed with atleast 7 different customers expressing their frustration with the service of the staff......Since the opening of my a/c I have faced numerous delayed customer service issues directly with the branch manager & his assistant (iyer)......A recent one is that I have requested an updated statement of account since 3 weeks and despite several reminders through WA, SMS & emails I have still to receive a response.......the reason that this incompetent manager state is that he is very busy and is understaffed.......in the past 3 weeks he has promised me 3 different dates to send my SOA,,,,but still hasn't!!.....<br/><br/>In cases anyone else has faced such issues, please email me on deepakshetty10@gmail.com as I would like to escalate his incompetence............
