if there was a negative rating, i would have given that! probably the worst bank i have ever come across. laid back people. in the year of 2016 they still work in the most primitive way. for every damn thing, they want customers to come to the bank PERSONALLY. they dont even work on alt. sats! so how does a 6 days working person handle this? by taking 1 day leave for SBI work!! where as other banks, just by click of button your work is done.

It is the worst branch of SBI I have come across. They never pick-up your phone calls. It takes more than two years to close one account & more than 4 months to delete one name from the account and register nominee for the same account.<br/>
