Dear Mr. Arvind, Since I am not getting any response from the given ID, Chats & also from the number available on site (seems the user blocked my number) So I had to connect with you as the matter is really serious and I believe as management you need to know the matter. 1) I found the site from Sulekha.com and connected with Divya for the completion of my assignment, 2) Pls have a look at the attached screen short and can clearly see that it was clearly agreed with both the parties that the assignment needs to be plagiarism free + this will have a minimum of 5000 words (clearly agreed as per the screen short & also same as per your site) 3) It was surprising as initially assignment shared but it does have 5000 words, but after my complaint, it was considered by Divya and agreed to change the same and I received the same with 5000 words. 4) Most importantly when the same I shared with the representative of the relevant university, he informed me that the assignment shared is having 70% of plagiarism, so it creates an embarrassing movement, but when the same I informed Divya, her response was unexpected and rather than an apology she even asked to pay INR 2000 which is purely not at all as per the agreement and it shows a clear unprofessional approach from her side. anyway, I am expecting a clear positive answer on the same as the agreed term and conditions are being ignored and even mistakes happened but it should not impact the relations we maintained with the relevant site and the business, The support is highly required as we also don't want to give any kind of negative feedback regarding your site and writing the issue to sulekha.com further just because of the mistake of one employee who might be not well trained or less experience.
