Worst experience with Sudhir Generators. I was a fan of the life story and the entrepreneurial spirit of the founder Mr Sudhir and his son Mr. Rahul..however after seeing the company's representatives like Harpinder, i felt compelled to give this review. It has been more than 2 months since the Generator stopped working. I have been calling Harpinder and their service engineers inc. Pal Engineering. There has been ZERO RESPONSE. All we got from them were assurances that they will come today, tomorrow....to repair and service the Generator. After spending almost 4.5 Lacs on Sudhir, we had to spend our summers in sweat and heat because of the power cuts and SUDHIR GENERATOR NOT WORKING. The 1st Service has still not been done even though it has been more than a year. MY SINCERE ADVICE - BUY ANYTHING BUT NOT A SUDHIR GENERATOR. BUY IT ONLY IF YOU WANT FREE STRESS AND TENSION. Thanks
