I am happy with the immediate response. Recently I get in touch with Swasteek Consultant, Samrala Chowk to get repairing of my Hitech brand Electric chimney for smoke is not going out. They provided all the details regarding the service and charges. They send a technician on the same day, he came and checked the chimney. He informed that the motor needs to be replaced and they quoted me RS. 2000 for the service. I have given RS. 1000 in advance for the motor, he informed that he will come within 1 or 2 days and do the service. But after that there is no follow-up from the service, I called them several times in a day but no response from their side. Today again I called them they informed that motor is not available now, so it will take some more time for 1 or 2 days. They need to improve their service and customer satisfaction.
