Talera Ford Nigdi Pimpri Chinchwad

This is regarding the worst customer service Talera Ford Nigdi gives to the customer after we buy the car and take it to the service station. Recently i took my car for servicing the experience i had was as follows I went to Talera Ford first they said we cant take your car as i dont have an appointment and they scheduled a house pick up of my car the next day, which no one picked up the car. After week later i get a call regarding the pick up. I had said the ac of the car had a foul smell coming so that to needs to be checked and should be repaired. Talera Ford picked up my car at 9 in the morning and dropped the car at home at 3-4 in the evening with a Scratch on the left door of the car and the ac not been repaired. When enquired about the ac not repaired the advisor said the dash has to be removed and all that stuff where as Talera Ford charged me for ac repair.

Worse place to repair your car. I had given car on Feb 17, got back on 20 May. That too with many flaws. Cabin light isn't working, Rear view camera isn't working, car cover missing, there wasn't any water in windshield washer reservoir. Repairing person is so useless, he won't pick up your call or give you any update

Always a good experience with Talera Ford Nigdi.. from Sales to after sales service. Just for an instance.. i went to Talera ford yesterday for my Car's check and few minor issues with wiper setting, door sound etc. They didnt charged anything and included all in monsoon campaign. They washed my car too :) Nice service

this is my regular service staion i go to get my yearly servicing done on my ford figo.. they are authorised by the company and have all trained staff.. the spares they use are also genuine and the charges are standard.. you will never be cheated here.. be rest assuared.. i recommend them..!
