This is regarding the worst customer service Talera Ford Nigdi gives to the customer after we buy the car and take it to the service station.
Recently i took my car for servicing the experience i had was as follows
I went to Talera Ford first they said we cant take your car as i dont have an appointment and they scheduled a house pick up of my car the next day, which no one picked up the car. After week later i get a call regarding the pick up. I had said the ac of the car had a foul smell coming so that to needs to be checked and should be repaired. Talera Ford picked up my car at 9 in the morning and dropped the car at home at 3-4 in the evening with a Scratch on the left door of the car and the ac not been repaired.
When enquired about the ac not repaired the advisor said the dash has to be removed and all that stuff where as Talera Ford charged me for ac repair.
