Recently booked a taxi from GS tours & travels for my family. The car promised to me was Etios, but we received Swift Dzire which was in a very pathetic condition and the driver kept on turning off the AC in between the ride. On top of all this the driver arrived 1 hour late to the location. The worst part of this booking was owner's (Saurav Arora) behavior when I was trying to explain the entire issue. He treated me with disrespect and even disconnected my call in between. So, if you want to be disrespected & looking for a taxi with a very poor service, then go with GS Tours & Travels.

It's a complete FRAUD. The company has done a fraud of *Rs 50k* regarding our college trip from mumbai and the owner has run away with our money claiming to not return it. Our college is a architectural college based in Juhu, Mumbai. Highly unprofessional work by the owner. please select some different company and save your money. The owner is rude and unreliable. It's been 8 months since the scam and we have been trying to contact him and get our money back. HIS COMPANY DEFINITELY IS STILL FUNCTIONAL BECAUSE OF OUR MONEY. HE SHOULD BE SHAMEFUL ABOUT LIVING ON SOME STUDENTS MONEY AND SHOULD HAVE THE DECENCY TO PAY BACK.

I contacted Wave Tourism in sector 22b for my family tour from Chandigarh to Kulumanali. .their drivers are experienced.they have all types of buses like mini,a.c., Mercedes etc. Their bus rent is reasonable Rs 12500 for three nights and two days. Overall I am happy with their service
