Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service
I visited *The Benzene Studio* in New Colony, Gurugram ( Haryana ) for hair smoothening and botox, hoping for a great experience. *Unfortunately*, my hair got burned near the roots. When I raised my concern, the owner's behavior was shocking and unprofessional. *He responded with misbehavior, abusive language, and dismissed my complaint, making it the worst salon experience with the worst owner.*

My rebounded hair became curly after two weeks. Keratin and smoothening treatment were done as suggested by Manish Arora and his hairstylist. Now they are not even responding to my messages. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Don't know about the other services but I got my hair smoothning & keratin treatment done(as suggested by them) from The Benzene Studio , but even after undergoing the treatment (in some parts of my hair TWICE) , my hair have clear waves within 20m days of the treatment and the quality of hair as turned to be horrible(even after keratin) . I had already undergone hair straightening before from other places and so , I can surely tell about the damage they have done to my hair. Either something is wrong with the way they use up the straightening rod or their products , I really don't know but , the results are a disaster. I am not at all happy with all the waves near my roots on my front hair which are clearly visible.
I have not been to many beauty parlour but it comes to my opinion I would happily recommend you benzene. Facilities from professionalism and cooperation with customers is superb. The environment too is neat and clean with genuine prices of all products and services. I got my hair colour twice from here and got so many compliments from my relatives and friends. The service provided was so tidy and amazing. Moreover, got ready on my cusion?s wedding products used were very much up to my expectations light makeup and was very satisfactory. Would really appreciate the behaviour of Manish bhaiya and Preeti Di including staff members. Thank you for such a lovely and satisfying services. Would be surely recommend to everyone. Visit once and I knw u would surely love the place and services.
Best parlour. I loved the services. The staff is cooperative and professional. Use authentic products. Must go place every lady. It caters all your needs.
