This is the most unprofessional courier company I have ever dealt with. The courier from Bangalore to Delhi takes at-least 6 to 7 days to deliver with minimum 4 to 5 followups and calls to various people. They have the tracking system on the internet which is to guide you to find out through research, who is the next person that you need to speak to till your parcel is delivered.
