They are very skilled crooks. They pretend to support you and you will not realize that you are being conned till the very end. I paid Rs. 38500/- at the beginning (complete fees). I completed all my exams but when I went to the university to get my degree, they say that tuition fees of Rs. 19000/- plus fine is pending. This was supposed to be paid by 361 degree minds before the examinations.
