They are least bothered in punctuality. they completed the work too lately. Really disappointed on their work. Rate is also too much when we compare with the work they do. Videography they didn't even edited anything and they assured us that it will be a HD video but it wasn't. The quality of the video is disappointing and not satisfactory.

It was a great & quick service done by "Top-Tech Visual Media which is located at Neyyattinkara in Trivandrum city". My requirement is for LCD TV repair service of LG brand and got an issue of display problem. They have charged Rs 4600 which is a reasonable price for me. They have changed some part on my screen. The service provider came home and took the TV to the service centre and resolve the issue and get back the TV to my home, Which was fine service from them. I hope they doing best.

I have contacted this "Top-Tech Visual Media which is located at Neyyattinkara in Trivandrum city". My requirement is for LED TV repair of Sansui brand and I got an issue of it's not working. They have come for the doorstep service and resolve the issue on my TV. They have charged Rs 600 for service charge, 350 for handling and they have changed some board on my TV for that Rs 4500, totally Rs 5,450. They have done a good work but one of the TV boxes is not fit properly and I contacted them again they said they will be back within 2 days. Now my TV is working in good condition.

I approach them for LED TV repair, which is a Samsung brand and got an issue of not getting switch on. They have come for doorstep service and took the TV to the service centre, they have changed some motherboard on my TV and charged Rs 5,200 which is the little high price for me. After the service done sometime, I got an issue of blurring on the display. Otherwise, they are OK with their duty.
