FRAUDS.... They accepted to deliver my parcel to Malta in Jan...Soon after they realized they do not have any service in Malta...It is March now and they still have not returned my parcel nor have they returned back my courier charges. Requesting everyone to stay away from these FRAUSTERS. They will take your parcel and money and won't ever deliver your parcel. Even after repeated calls and mails, they refuse to return my parcel and the courier charges. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR EXTREME UNPROFESSIONALISM. DO NOT EVER SEND ANY PARCEL THROUGH THEM.

This is the worst Parcel service i had ever seen, it's been 20 days am waiting for my parcel still it's parcel status is showing in India when i ask them they are saying it's under custom clearance i dint know how come Singapore custom clearance will take 12 days to clear. They have worst customer service those people they won't even respond on time simply they will reply with common message. Guys please think twice before sending parcel to Total couriers. This is the biggest cheating cargo.

The worst service ever. I had a parcel delivered from India and i have yet to receive this even after two months.The help desk does not even help and takes years to reply.I provided all the details from the start but the guys did not even contact me.And now after pushing me around all over the place they are requesting for additional payment with no reason.Such a bad service.Please do not ever use this service

It is very poor service. They have divided single package into two with out asking me and they have lost package with many important things in it. Even they are not ready to compensate all money I have lost.

very very bad service never explained all the charges your things can lost if you go with them personally experienced their service i never recommend any one to deal with them in any local of international shipping. go for the costlier one but never trap with low price of TCCS wish i could give the least rating than this

I ordered an Rakhi to be delivered to Singapore on the behalf of my wife from Sydney from Rakhibazzar.com. These guys first chase up for payment when they find an undecided customer and then for about a week no communication or updates. Today, when the Rakshi was not delivered till evening - I called up their service desk number which is not answered. Then traced up the courier company TCCS who confirm that the parcel is at Singapore Immigration for the last 2 days and did not bother to either followup or send an update. Now it cannot be delivered before next week after the actual Rakhashabandhan occasion. These guys do not value the importance of the occasion and call themselves RakhiBazzar.com I will never ever use this website and also post it on my FB / Twitter / Watsapp group so that others are not cheated in this fashion including this courier company TCCS who don't value their commitments
