I along with my family friends of 11 members are travelled North East package from 7th November 2019 to 12th November 2019. But we faced lot of bitter experience both in hotels and transportation. No coordination between drivers and transportation team. Just paying Rs.2000 as advance amount in Darjeeling they confirmed hotel booking. The hotel authorities demanded the remaining balance of Rs.23000. They threatened us by calling Lawyer and they want to book police complaint for recovery of amount of Rs.23000. And they won't allow us to check out from the hotel. I paid the amount from my pocket and check out. The travel agency not paid the amount to transport agency. The drivers stopped the vehicles in the middle of the journey while going to Bagdogra Air Port. We have to catch the flight by 2.30 pm. We prepared to pay the balance. But with lots of trouble and argument they paid the amount. We reached Air Port safely. I want to fail in Consumer court shortly for deficiency of Code of Con

OUR KERALA TOUR It was the Best Kerala Tour designed by *MY HAPPY VACATION Excellent arrangement in all aspects like hotels ,food , transportation with courteous driver and staff.As we all four were senior citizens,our tour was planned accordingly and we enjoyed the tour throughly. We had visited worthseeing places like Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppy house bolat ,Kovalam,Kanyakumari and Trivandrum. , The USP of this tour was HOUSEBOAT in Alleppy,. It was a lifetime experience to spend a night in Houseboat. We are very thankful to the whole TEAM of MY HAPPY VACATION to make our vacatiin really happy and enjoyfull..

Recently I have taken a service from Trip Tomorrow, Bangalore to get a complete holiday package of Ooty for 4 people. They have given all the details regarding the packages and price. I have selected a package of 3 days and 2 nights including Hotel stay, travelling and sight-seeing. They quoted me RS. 21500 for that service, I think it's little high for me. While travelling there is lots of miscommunication with the driver, I thought their services will be better. I am not satisfied.
