We were a group of 17adults, 6kids & 4infants. Inspite of having explained that we needed a ferry after 9AM, AOTT had crafted an itinerary with our ferry from Port Blair to Havelock leaving at 07:15hrs;AOTT informed us at the last minute that our ferry had been preponed to 6:30AM.We boarded the ferry & reached Seashell resort at Havelock at around 08:30 AM. Inspite of AOTT?s assurance, we were not provided early check-in at Seashell resort, Havelock and were made to wait until noon.Kids wept due to lack of sleep & infants couldn't be fed! One day, we were dropped at Corbyn's Cove at around 3:30PM. Our return pick-up was scheduled at 6:30PM; we waited until 7:30PM in vain in the dark with 10kids amidst mosquito bites! Finally, we hired 7 autos for our entire group to return to the hotel and paid them ourselves. Despite all these problems, we had paid 80% to AOTT earlier. After explaining our perils, AOTT offered a discount of Rs3700 over the few lakh rupees we had paid. Not recommended!
