Drisana travel agency is a big fraud agency. Debobrato ghosh is a cheater & fraud. We booked a tour 6 months before the trip. But at one week before he said that all are ok.. But when we, a couple reached the spot, they didn't came to pick up & he said to arrange it by ownselves. Next, we shocked to know that he even didn't booked hotel room also. He said to book us, though we advance booked the trip price & all costs. At night he said us that he can't arrange our car also for trip & again to arrange own self everything with extra our money. He has make us harrasment & a lot of tension in a new place. That was all done in this 1st jan, 2024. He made our new year worst. Most importantly, we had to call him more & more to get back our money. He didn't received our call, & message. He cut the calls, even blocked us. His behavior was too rude that we couldn't expected. We had recorded all proof against him. Don't go & deal with this cheat fraud agency.

I travelled to Kerla with Backpackers Kolkata on July 23, 2023. It was a comfortable journey with a reasonable rate including good food and accommodation. they arrange every thing very well.

It was an amazing experience. The Andaman family trip was very well planned. The hotels they provided for us ware good. all arrangements were perfect. Picked-up and dropped service were very well planned. The drivers and trip Coordinators in all the three Islands were knowledgeable about the places and were extremely punctual and active. The communication within their team internally is superb hence we did not face any issues. India based coordinator was also very good. He customized the Andaman travel plan according to our requirements and took care of everything that we requested for. Everything was well managed. I would recommend booking through Dreamz Yatra

He is a completely fraud man (Subhajit Gaine) . I am a travel agent from Shimla Himachal Pradesh my firm name is Boost Holidays. We have booked a B to B package for Gangtok and Darjeeling 5 Nights 6 Days (Date 14 May 2023 to 19 May 2023) from this person for our reference guest Mr. Prashanth Chatla from Telangana. He gave us the package price 1,58,000 and for booking we have paid him Rs.85000 as advance payment. But when our guest reached Sikkim Gangtok they have paid all the payment to drivers and hotels. This agent did not paid any advance amount to hotel and driver and he took the advance amount Rs. 85000 and just silent the phone. Me and my customers tried call to his number many times but he did not receive our calls or even he did not receive drivers and hoteliers calls. His office address is also fraud there is no office at this address and he attached same address with his SBI Saving bank account. Please do not book any tour with this fraud person.

I have gone leh on 11/05/23 this company is most trusted company i have gone many trip with others company but this company is most trusted or hamble there services is excellent they provided me room in cheap price but very luxury room ?? i suggest all guests don't worry about your trip dream yatra pvt.
