Pathetic service. The couriers are just picked up randomly without even checking the area in a very irresponsible way. We got a courier addressed to Bhavanipuram in the morning at around 9:30Am and the status said out for delivery and we did not receive it even in the evening. We have to make 8-10 calls and they finally said,"we think your courier has been taken by someone else by mistake, may be Moghalrajpuram delivery folks". I said we need it badly today itself. They said dont worry who ever has taken it by mistake will deliver it back to us by EOD and u can come and pick it up. I sent someone to pick it up from their office and yet, they have no clue as to where my courier is!<br/>
