The worst company.the time taken is 6 times than any other company.plus the entire chain of employees is irresponsible.so courier by this only if you can spare a whole day searching where you parcel went and calling people at multiple levels only to recover it late by days

BEWARE OF THIS COURIER SERVICE
MY SELLER SENT ME AN ITEM VIA THIS COURIER SERVICE FROM DELHI TO KOLKATA.
IN TWO DAYS(ON 20th) IT CAME TO KOLKATA DALHOUSIE HUB ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING Report.
THE DESTINATION WAS 500m Away from Dalhousie.
Today's 27th. From the internet I got the address or their Dalhousie Hub (So called). I reached there and people said they left this place long back.
The number they have provided on their website is busy 95% times, 4.9% times it rings but on one picks up. I tied to call them 500times, once they picked up and after taking all the details they said they will call me back on 22nd. It's 27th and still waiting for their call.
