Had a worst experience with Transmach. i gave my car for front wheel alignment issue on 12th oct afternoon. they told they will find the exact issue and call me in 2 hrs to describe. but after 4 hrs i called them and they said still not identified but we ll deliver your car by next day 12 noon. i didnt had any call from them till 2 pm and when i called they said its getting ready. i clearly told them i have to start to my native for a family function @ 2.30 and after multiple calls and follow up from my side, they delivered the car by 5.45pm. that too without printed bill just hand written bill. Worst customer care and not sure the issue is rectified properly or not.
i wont recommend to anyone

Mr Vijayakumar advises the right thing to your car. He charges nominally. Apart from regular servicing, tinkering, repairs his expertise lies in painting services as well!

Given my car to this service center peoples for repair service.they done nice repair service and also delivered in time.i had given worthable amount for that.service was provided by them really awesome.i am really happy with the service..
