Our trip to Sri Lanka on Jan 21 through 27 was a great memorable trip. Our tour guide and van driver Mr. Parakrama was a very nice person and always remain on time. All places we visited were exciting except Jungle Safari which was a fiasco. We paid a good amount of US dollars for the trip drove into rough terrain for about one and half our but happened to see couple elephants. We could have spent more time at Kandi lake instead. Staff at all hotels were very cooperative and friendly. We admired their hospitality. Food at all the hotels were very good specially when we were looking for vegetarian....There were lots of variety to choose from.

Recently we booked a Friend and Family trip to Dubai in Apr 2019, It was terrible experience from them, First of all Flt booked was below budget Air-Asia Express. The hotel booked (Omega)by them was stated as four star, where as it was only 4 star rating from some site, the rooms were so cramped that even wardrobes could not be opened, the rooms booked by them was on different floors in the hotel, the staff was very rude and they could not put us on the same floor. The quality of trip was very bad and some of the sight seeing tickets were general , where as we paid a good amount for the higher class. I recommend not to use this travel agent for any trip in the future.

Before booking of your flight we shared all information about flight and hotels with name. Omega is a 4star property as per ISHP. We always try our best to match your expectation and budget. Thank you so much Gautam. Again That was impressive arrangements after our honeymoon trip back in APR 18. We just came back from our 2 week of New Zealand vacation. We've visited 4 diff cities there and all the hotel pickups, transportation, daily tours, sight seeing was up to the mark. I can't share even single bad experience with any kind of bookings or activity we've done there. Tons of Appreciation for Gautam Updadhyay and TripWheels. Good Job Guys.
