Very very bad. I had sent a parcel to USA on 25th Oct 21 and till date no one knows where the parcel is. They (especially one Mr Akash) do not even bother to receive my phone call nor reply back. I had followed up with their Pune, Mumbai even Delhi unsuccessfully.

Unique Express are nice service providers as we had contacted them at the time of Diwali when there was offer also regarding some charges,they had taken Rs295 per kg to sent my personal parcel to US,my parcel was around 8kg,they had delivered the packet on time with safe.

Thanks to this Unique Express as they had delivered my courier at proper date,the charges were reasonable,the response was also fast from their side,they had nice tracking systems,i will recommend this service in my future work also.

Well, the service from Unique Express Courier was good,they helped me to send my courier from Pune to Australia,the service provide by them was nice.
