Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service
The guy that this company sent for AC service was shady AF. He checked that AC and said there was no gas in it, even when my AC was cooling fine even at 28 degrees. He first said the service charges are 500 instead of the 450 promised earlier, then he said that there will be gas charges. Which will be 1500. He connected an almost empty gas can connected it to my AC but didn't opened the cab knob and disconnect it later, and told me that the gas is refilled. I gave him the money, but as soon as I handed him the money, he asked me not to tell his superiors that AC gas was refilled and left in a hurry. Right after that I called Mr Vikas Saini about this incident and he told me that I shouldn't have given the technician any money and should have transferred the payment directly to him which he didn't mentioned earlier, when asked why didn't you tell me that earlier. He bluntly said that if we say that to it's customers they don't believe us and doubt us. PATHETIC, SCAMMED, UNPROFESSIONAL

My AC had a cooling problem, so I went to Google and called Unique Services. There the technician came to my home and checked out the machine and told me about the gas problem. He gave an estimate of 2500. I did He completed the work completely. Mine is going like this. I also comment on the service of Unique Services to all of you.
