Dear Language Teachers and Students, Beware of UpGrade infotech language institute in Mumbai I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with an institute that has raised concerns regarding their payment practices. Unfortunately, I have encountered difficulties with the Upgrade Language Institute, as they have not fulfilled their payment obligations after my association with them ended. Despite numerous follow-ups, I was met with excuses and delays, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction publicly, I was threatened with legal consequences by the owner. After filing a case against them, my lawyer received a message from Shakti Bhanushali assuring that the payment would be made, yet it remains pending. I urge fellow language teachers and students to exercise caution when considering this institute. It's essential to be aware of the practices of educational institutions to ensure that we are treated fairly and that our hard work is compensated accordingly

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I was Japanese Tutor with them for over a year. After taking my services they have repeatedly delayed my payment which is Rs-15125/-. OWNERS SHAKTI AND MANISH BHANUSHALI ARE ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS. They commit to pay by talking very nicely but at the end they don’t pick up calls , give a lot of excuses and obviously false promises to pay. Yet till date after a year they haven’t paid . BEWARE OF THEM TEACHERS BEFORE ENROLLING. Never believe their staff too.

Please do not go for this institute, they are very unprofessional and they are giving all false commitment. For Money they can do any thing. They are taken money in advance from me after committing if you will not join we will refund full amount but later they have not refunded my amount. I have chased for the same for approximate 3 to 4 month and later they provide comment this is not possible to refund. Please save your self from this kind of scam and do not give single penny in advance.
