This person joined our office on 10 Sep.2018 and his salary(8000 INR for the 1st month and 9000/- for the subsequent month) was fixed based on his potential and pay received from previous company he worked with. Minimum 1 year time he was asked to serve the company which was accepted by him. He worked for our company for which the salary was duly credited through his bank account. Just 12 days prior to his relieving he informed us about his decision to relieve as he got an offer from another company.
